The OPUS BRiDGE switches (OPUS BRiDGE 1 channel, OPUS BRiDGE 2 channel, OPUS BRiDGE universal dimmer, OPUS BRiDGE 16 A, OPUS BRiDGE shutter/blind) have been designed to be combined with all OPUS switch designs as well as with common switch programs of different manufacturers. This means you can easily exchange the rocker and frame of the switch. Thus, there are no limits to your wishes regarding colors and shapes. By the way, the same applies to the OPUS wall transmitters. You can find all variants of the OPUS switch design in the myOPUS-Shop. go to overview. If you prefer another switch program, please ask the OPUS support for a current compatibility list.

Yes, for the OPUS BRiDGE shutter/blind there is a wind transmitter module (art. no. 563.092) as well as a universal wind/sun transmitter module (art. no. 563.091). Both modules can be used as wind warning modules, so that they send a wind warning signal to your OPUS Smart Home. Please ask our support about the modules and which one is the most suitable in your case.

The detailed wiring diagrams of the OPUS BRiDGE switches can be found in the respective operating instructions, either in the myOPUS-Shop (directly at the product) or on the OPUS Support page under Instructions.

The switch-on times cannot be set directly on the device. Please use the possibilities within your control software, such as Apple HomeKit or Amazon Alexa. There you can set the switch-on time e.g. via an automation, so that the OPUS Smart Motion Sensor only switches on light from sunset to sunrise.

No, this is not necessary. You replace one switch with an OPUS BRiDGE switch. All other switching points can be flexibly implemented via the networking of OPUS wall transmitters. When controlled via Apple HomeKit, the roller shutters do not remain at the correct end position. They first move to the end position and then move back a bit in the opposite direction. The shutters are controlled via OPUS BRiDGE shutter/blind switches. In order for the roller shutters to hold the correct end position, they must be configured via the myOPUS App or the OPUS ConfigApp. To do this, please select the appropriate product in the app and proceed to the "configure" item. Measure the exact runtime with a stop watch and enter it. If you use blinds, please also enter the rotation time of the slat. Note: If you use shutters, you must enter 0 for the rotation time.

Yes, we strongly recommend the use of one OPUS BRiDGE shutter/blind switch per shutter motor. Alternatively, several shutters can be connected to one OPUS BRiDGE shutter/blind switch via isolating relays, but then they can no longer be controlled individually. I do not have electric shutters. What is the easiest way to implement smart control? For the smart control of roller shutters or venetian blinds, an electrical control is necessary. This can be implemented most easily with the OPUS roller shutter drive from BECKER. The roller shutter motor is a drive and actuator at the same time, so that it can be taught into various control software such as Apple HomeKit or Amazon Alexa via the OPUS Smart Home Gateway. The OPUS Smart Motion Sensor has a recessed black button on the back. If this button is pressed briefly, e.g. with a screwdriver, the sensor immediately reports the detection of movement via the LED built into the sensor head: it flashes green. If no more movement is detected within about 60 seconds, the LED goes out again. To test whether the OPUS Smart Motion Sensor detects motion, please proceed as follows: 1. Activate the LED as described above and leave the room 2. Check via the software, such as Apple HomeKit or Amazon Alexa, whether motion is still reported 3. As soon as no more motion is reported, enter the room and pay attention to the green LED on the sensor. Once the sensor detects motion, the LED will turn green and the message will be sent. 4. You can repeat this test again while monitoring the sensor via HomeKit Note: The LED is only lit during startup (triggered via black button). It is otherwise in power saving mode and remains off. The fact that the LED does not light up is therefore not a sign of a malfunction of the OPUS Smart Motion Sensor. A delay of the message of switching on the light in the control software of max. 2 seconds is normal.
